Which Inspection and Report is Right for You?
All of our Standard Home Inspections are visual inspections to ASHI Standards and use the same Inspection Agreement. The only difference between these is the type of report you will receive and the cost.
1. Standard Home Inspection with an electronic report: x
With this inspection, you will receive your Inspection Report by E-Mail, typically within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.
Standard Inspection Fee (No Additional Charge)
2. Standard Home Inspection with a paper report:o
With this inspection you will receive a paper report. The paper report is mailed to you, typically within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.
Additional Fee of $10.00
3. Standard Home Inspection Including the Home Guide Manual: o
The Home Guide is a fifty-six page three ring binder manual identifying every aspect of the home inspection process including homeowner maintenance. This report and manual is mailed to you, typically within 24 to 48 hours of the inspection.
Additional Fee of $35.00
4. Technically Exhaustive Inspection: o
For this inspection, Tabor K. Hill & Associates will retain other specialist as necessary to prepare a Technically Exhaustive Inspection within thirty days of this contract. This optional, in-depth, intensive inspection requires permission from the property owner to have other specialist enter the home to inspect, test, and open walls or other areas as necessary to find hidden damage. In addition to the inspection fee, the customer agrees to pay all costs to open and close these areas. This inspection has no liability limit.
Inspection Fee is $2.50 per square foot, with a minimum charge of $3,000.00
