Our Report System
Tabor K. Hill & Associates uses The Home Guide™ Report System for its home inspection reports. This system covers hundreds of items in the eight major sections of the report.
The report is prepared on-site, and digital photographs are taken of significant deficiencies so that they can easily be identified after the inspector is gone.
Two sample pages from the report are presented below. The first is an inspection page that covers a number of items from the Roof section of the report. The second is a page from the Heating & Cooling section that includes key descriptions, a conversion chart, and maintenance recommendations.
