Re-Inspection Policy
Please note: Although typically referred to as a re-inspection, a re-inspection is really an inspection of completed repairs. For an inspection of completed repairs, the following policies will apply.
WDO: We will perform one inspection of completed WDO repairs at no charge. If an additional re-inspection is required due to improper or incomplete repairs, there will be a $50.00 charge for each additional trip. You must provide our office 48 hours advance notice to schedule an inspection of completed WDO repairs.
Home Inspections: We can make an inspection of completed repairs to home inspection items. The fee for this service starts at $95.00 for each trip and may be more depending on the number of items to be inspected. Florida Statute prohibits us from approving repairs made by unlicensed persons, companies, and/or homeowners. For us to approve any repairs we must have the receipts from the appropriately licensed person or company who did the repairs. Without this documentation we will only indicate whether a repair has been made or not. We will not accept any liability on repairs for which there is no documentation from an appropriately licensed individual or company that completed the work.
